  • How would an online coach hold me accountable?

    I keep close contact with each of my clients I’ve created a system in which I can see your activity on the app, and I do check-ins with each individual client every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to ensure you stay on track and feel supported along the way.

  • How do I know if I’m doing the exercises correctly?

    Every exercises of every workout will have an in-app demo video. I will gladly send any clarifications needed. If need be, you can simply send me a video of you performing the exercise and I can give you corrections or tips.

  • How would an online coach monitor my progress?

    I can see everything you do in the app and in addition to the weekly check-ins, there is a monthly progress report in which we assess your program, diet and progress toward your goal.

  • Does online training yield similar results as in person?

    Yes! much like in person training, if you commit yourself to the process, follow the blueprint, and utilize the guidance and support I offer, I can guarantee you’ll get the results you want.

  • Do I have to get a gym membership?

    No actually. I have several clients doing every workout at home. However, a few small pieces of equipment like bands, and/or kettlebells may be necessary.

  • How often would we communicate?

    You will be able to message me in-app anytime! I will reach out via text every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for check-ins, we will also schedule a monthly chat assessing progress and overall enjoyment of the program.

  • Will I be too sore from weight lifting to do my regular day to day activities?

    While resistance training does ultimately come with some soreness you should in no way be debilitated. After a few weeks you’ll actually start to notice improvements

  • Do I need to have prior experience in the gym to train with you?

    Nope! I’ve trained many a newcomer, and it’s become a specialty of mine. Every aspect of your program will be carefully designed with your goals, needs and experience level in mind.

  • How long does a client typically work with you?

    It depends on the client. The minimum program is only a 3 month commitment, but I have clients who enjoy working together so much that they’ve stayed with me for a few years even.

  • Will resistance training make me big and bulky?

    Absolutely not. It takes a significant calorie surplus and intense heavy weightlifting to put on any real mass. Also, GLP-1 injections do not allow for significant muscle gain. Resistance training builds strong, lean, functional muscle, and dramatically improves metabolism, energy levels, balance, mood and confidence.

  • How does online coaching compare to fitness apps like Ladder and Peloton?

    It’s apples to oranges, really. This isn’t a subscription-based library of workouts for you to get confused by and ultimately frustrated with. This is full-service, tailor-made 1 on 1 personal training and nutrition coaching. I build each of your programs from the ground up, I work diligently with you to form new, healthy habits, and you have an open line of communication with me. I offer even more than you would get with a standard trainer at your local gym.

  • Will I have to prep all my meals for the week in advance?

    No way! nobody wants to eat a meal on Friday that they made the previous Sunday. While some planning is necessary to ensure you get adequate nutrition, we will not be prepping a week’s meals in one day, ever.
