I was amazed at how quickly the weight came off when I started the injections, but I was surprised by how lousy I felt even with the weight off. My doctor said I needed to start exercising, but didn’t give me a plan to follow and I wasn’t about to break out the “Sweatin’ to the Oldies” tapes. As luck would have it, I met Jordan when he sang in a concert near where I live and when I found out he was a personal trainer I reached out to him to help get me started. Not only did he whip up a great program for me and help me navigate eating without “food noise”, but he’s been so supportive the entire way. He’s an awesome coach, a wonderful singer, and a fabulous friend. Couldn’t recommend him enough!

I am not a person who is naturally comfortable in a gym setting and certainly not with a big, buff trainer shouting “one more rep!” at me. I prefer to do it on my own and get in and out as quickly as possible. I knew an online coach would be much more my speed. I sifted through at least 30 instagram “trainers” that either weren’t what I was looking for, or turned out to be more fitness influencers than actual coaches. One day a colleague of mine sent me one of Jordan’s posts and it really resonated with me so I signed up and he had a program ready for me to start the next week. I go to the gym, pull up the workout, get my sweat on and I’m out in under an hour every time. All I can say is he gets me. 10/10

I decided after I had my second child I was going to be a fit mom. I tried youtube workouts at home for a while and it was doing nothing for me. Jordan came along and changed the game. He designed great at home workouts I can do while the baby naps, and a meal plan that works for the whole family. I started out just wanting to be a fit mom and now I have a deeper reason. I want to feel good and be able to keep up with my kids and one day my grandkids. Jordan is helping me do that each and every week. I keep close contact with each of my clients I’ve created a system in which I can see your activity on the app, and I do check-ins with each individual client every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to ensure you stay on track and feel supported along the way.

I can see everything you do in the app and in addition to the weekly check-ins, there is a monthly progress report in which we assess your program, diet and progress toward your goal.

Yes! much like in person training, if you commit yourself to the process, follow the blueprint, and utilize the guidance and support I offer, I can guarantee you’ll get the results you want.

You will be able to message me in-app anytime! I will reach out via text every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for check-ins, we will also schedule a monthly chat assessing progress and overall enjoyment of the program.

It’s apples to oranges, really. This isn’t a subscription-based library of workouts for you to get confused by and ultimately frustrated with. This is full-service, tailor-made 1 on 1 personal training and nutrition coaching. I build each of your programs from the ground up, I work diligently with you to form new, healthy habits, and you have an open line of communication with me. I offer even more than you would get with a standard trainer at your local gym.

No actually. I have several clients doing every workout at home. However, a few small pieces of equipment like bands, and/or kettlebells may be necessary.
